Registration & Requirements

There are three registration options for AIEd 2024: solo, individual and team.

Individual registrants will be matched into teams of up to 4 individuals and collaboratively devise a solution to the case.
Team registrants must register with a pre-existing team of up to 4 individuals who they will be collaborating with to devise a solution to the case.
Solo registrants will be presenting/demoing their solution for the case competition alone.

The deadline for registration is March 31st, 2024 for individual registration and April 3, 2024 for team registration or solo registration.

Event Logistics

AIEd 2024 will be held in a virtual format to be widely accessible for students across North America! The cost of attendance is free. You will receive more information regarding our platform and communications after registration.

Requirements

You should have the following software installed before the competition:

Zoom: All official AIEd sessions and events will be taking place on Zoom.
Discord: For communicating with fellow students and receiving live notifications/updates on the competition.
